Many companies are going Agile, but managers don’t know where to start and they are looking for people with Agile, Sprint, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Confluence keywords in their resumes. And that exactly what I have learned at IT Careers. I’ve received many calls because my resume and LinkedIn had all the right words. I also like the idea of starting from simple and go to more comprehensive materials slowly but not that slow. All you have to do is to follow the strategy and learn keywords that you will use later on interviews. Use them, they are powerfully getting the attention of an interviewer just like a magnet does. I was very surprised by how “advanced” and “senior” I’ve looked even in some of the biggest companies in New York.
It was not an easy way, but I am happy I’ve accomplished something that big. I’ve got the job I wanted! I’ve got an offer and I could not believe, at least for a day, it has been addressed to me. Yeah, I am that slow. “Congratulation Vladimir, ….” I want you to receive that kind of letter with your name in it.
