Duration: 10 to 16 weeks Weekly format: 3 to 6 hours of 1-on-1 sessions, 4 to 6 hours in-class instructions, 2-4 hours at home exercises This program is designed for IT professionals who plan to advance their careers from one function to another, i.e. Business side (ex: Trader, Operations, Middle Office) to BA, QA to BA, BA to PM, Junior BA to Senior BA. This comprehensive program was designed from the “hiring manager’s perspective” and is focused on improving relevant skills, eliminating knowledge gaps, in-depth coaching for common interview questions, past work history revision as well as preparation for specific interviews, in a boutique one-on-one setting. During interviews Members can expect to demonstrate knowledge equivalent to 6 – 10 years of relevant experience. Program duration will depend on Member’s availability, level of participation and usually ranges between 8 to 12 weeks with job searching process starting after week 5.
Duration: 2 to 8 weeks This program is designed for IT professionals whose goal is to obtain employment in the same functional field, but lack one or more of the following: executive resume & savvy LinkedIn profile, minimum 3 years of related experience, practice interview skills or relevant vocabulary. This program offers flexible duration depending on Member’s availability, degree of participation and level of relevant experience. We also focus on improving Member’s relevant skills, in-depth preparation for common interview questions, past work history and coaching for specific interviews in a boutique one-on-one setting.
Planned: 2 weeks This program is designed for returning IT CAREERS Members and experienced IT professionals who have minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in their field and are looking to gain competitive advantage in their job search. This program is focused on improving member’s self-marketing skills and developing a winning resume & LinkedIn profile.
