His client list includes the largest national and international financial institutions such as: Bank Of New York Mellon, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Bank Of Tokyo, BNP Paribas, Dexia Group, Deutsche Bank, Broadridge Financial Services.
Roman’s impressive track record of over 20 major projects delivered on-time & on-budget, with returns on IT investments reaching into the billions testify to his ability to combine leadership, professionalism, strategic vision, profound understanding of the SDLC and dedication to delivering results in the most challenging circumstances.
Roman developed his unique preparatory program combining knowledge gained from his years working and interviewing as a Programmer Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Scrum Master.
Steven Mirlas is an educator and entrepreneur whose career spans over 25 years and covers multiple industries from Financial Services, Information Technology to the Pharmaceutical industries. Steven built his reputation as an expert in establishing and developing relationship-based businesses evolving traditional relationship building, marketing and brand positioning. He received numerous industry awards for his accomplishments.
In 2011, Steven co-founded the Drug Guild Group (www.drugguild.net), and created a buying group that united independent pharmacies around New York City to leverage their combined buying power to receive deep discounts passed onto their respective communities.
In 2013, as a co-founder of IT Careers NY, Steven brought all of his experience in mentoring winners, business development and marketing knowledge to advance careers of IT professionals.
In 2015, Steven joined the NYC Small Business Alliance (NYCSBA) as a Board Member.
In 2017, Steven left IT CAREERS to pursue his next business challenges.
